Dr. K began her violin studies at the age of four and has dedicated her life to music ever since. She earned her Doctorate in Violin Performance, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University, along with a Master of Music from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Music from Oberlin Conservatory. Recognized with more than a dozen awards and scholarships, she is one of Arizona’s most sought-after music instructors.

With over 20 years of teaching experience, Dr. K has guided students of all ages and skill levels — from young beginners to advanced musicians preparing for competitions and college auditions. She currently maintains a vibrant studio of more than forty students and is known for her supportive, personalized approach that helps every student reach their full potential. In addition to teaching, Dr. K performs as a recitalist nationwide, bringing her passion for music to audiences across the country.
